Firstly, I have to admit that I do not know what the difference between them even after I checked dictionary.
When I picked the word of "administer" at first place, Clinton administration just popped up. I thought "administer" might be more adequete in managing a public domain than "manage".
Can you please elaborate the nuance between them. I would like to learn more:)
