the buzz words you put into your resume jsut because you think they could attract the eyeballs. If you did, you'd better prepare. Honesty is good for both you and the company, for you will have a hard time at work even if you pass the interview, unless you are fully qualified.
Secondary, it's all normal that you don't know everything they ask during interview. Most likely they won't find anyone that knows everything. So be confident, say "We didn't adopt this technology in our product. But I have played around with it/read some articles about it/we plan to use it in the future and we have done some evaluation on it/I learn fast, etc." Don't let them feel like THAT is an issue.
