pls help, wait online

A company is a global company has office both in US and China. I received an offer from China office but the salary is low. So I am willing to work in the US office for A company. Luckly, I got a phone call from US office today. The question is wheather I should tell US HR  I got an offer in their China office? WIll that increase my qulification?
