在目前這個公司做了快一年半了. 做得不開心.
老板是個心情極為不穩定的一個人.一年裏莫名其妙,毫無症狀的情形下開除了四個人.而且這四個人各方麵表現都還可以.算下來, 差不多三,四個月他就得開除一個人. 估計這個老板有心理問題.喜歡每分每秒監視員工在不在計算機上.發現誰離開計算機多幾分鍾就心裏難過得坐立不安.對誰不高興從不直接講, 而是悶在心裏好幾天然後找別的借口講.個性極女性話.
剛拿的一個OFFER.對要去的公司知之甚少. 管不了那麽多,先離開現在的公司再說.
我一年多下來, 兢兢業業,腳踏實地.跟所有人都相處的還挺好.明天早上準備把辭職信寄出.
這是這一,兩個星期從我收到的部分電子郵件的第一句COPY下來的 (XXX代表我的名).
