再問一個合同問題，大家看看這合理嗎?請賜教。謝謝

他們說，這個工作不按照小時給錢，按照每2周多少錢算。在我即將簽字的合同裏，發現有些條款有些問題。似乎是，如果他們要求我平時或者周末加班，我就得去，而且沒有額外報酬。這個算正常的嗎?

下麵是其中關於時間和工資的條款。

Time requirements: The subcontractor shall devote, during the term of this Agreement, such of his time, energy, and skill as is necessary in the performance of his duties hereunder and shall periodically, or at any time, upon the request of the Contractor, submit data as to the time requirements of work perofrmed and to be performed by him for the Contractor in connection with the Agreement.

 

Fees to Subcontractor: The Contractor shall pay the Subcontractor on a "every two weeks" basis for services in connection with this agreement. The flat rate of $xxxx every two weeks will be paid to the Subcontractor for a minimum of 40 hours per week on the project, plus any additional hours required by the customer.

注: 我是Subcontractor,新東家是Contractor.

大家覺得這合理嗎? 應該怎麽跟東家交涉，改變其中的條款呢? 謝謝。
