很難過，昨天和老板談話

很難過，昨天和老板談話，performance review，老板在我的專業能力上給了4分，但是他認為我在會上發言太少很難把自己的idea和大家分享。建議我盡快提高。我該去哪裏找，參加什麽活動？謝謝大家先。。。。。
