回複：Job Search After Lay Off

When I took the contractor job, I was told this is a contract to hire position, but after two month when I ask my client do they have any plan to hire me full time, they told me they don't have any openings due to budget concern. So I started looking, after I told them I was leaving for a full time job, they want to make me a counter offer. I turn them down by saying I have gone too far in the hiring process. Companies do NOT normally like to hire laid off workers. Take a contractor job if you have to, no matter how short it is.
