Thanks a lot for the useful suggestion

This is what I have worried even though the CIO said the future of the project was good. But the finance problem of the company did worry me a lot in the last several years. The salary was down/up for 10% for several times now. Even though the CIO promised for 10% raise, I am not quite sure how long it could last.
