a good project will not make a person if this is not in the team's interests.所以作成一件事或項目並不重要。重要的是它的impact on business and team。如果一個事做成了卻沒增加business,發而使team不團結，還不如不作。Trouble-maker can break up a team. 這就是trouble-maker和professional的區別。
