曾經讀過林語堂推薦給年輕人的一本書“成功的品質”，

 

書中認為：積極的心態，良好的習慣，刻苦工作，誠實守信，自我克製和永不放棄的個性，是一個人贏得成功的品質因素。說到底，成功是對優秀品質的回報。

BTW, you have mentioned "chrisma" for couple times, just wondering what is it? I tried to google it, but it was not there.
