First of all, I appologize that I have no chinese software, therefore, I cannot type in chinese.
Recently I got an interview with a school. It is a managerial IT job. The first interview is a group with 3 managers. The second interview is with the director of the Group. Right before the second interview, I meet one of the manager who interviewed with me earlier, he was telling that he will see me soon. Then I went in for my second interview, the director asked me to send him 3 references and 2 pay stub from last year. The interview happened about 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago, I send another follow up email to ensure the director received my references and pay stubs, he confirmed that he received and he said that he is reviewing it and will be talking to my references shortly. Today will be the 3rd week from my last interview day, I still didnt hear anything back from them and none of my references received a call.
Do you think I am still having a chance? When should I do a follow up again?
