本人目前在一個大軟件公司工作，上周麵了個別的公司的engineering位子，recruite一再問我salary Expectation，但是沒有正式給offer。我說明確下一步在談工資，今天得到這樣的email：
Thanks for your response. When you have a moment, let me know and I will give you a call. Just so you know, the team feels you are best suited and experienced for the 。。。 role, reporting to 。。。 and are ready to move forward in the process. That said I would like to understand your current salary and/or your expectations for this particular role. At that point I can discuss with the team, a compensation package that you'll be excited and interested about accepting.
算是明確下一步了，但是還是沒有給offer。我該如何談工資呢？說高了怕沒offer了，說低了就虧了。
