工資漲多少是個地域性的概念.

比如, 美國inflation rate ~1%, 所以工資漲不了多少. 而Russia, inflation rate ~10%, 工資漲了, 也不覺得漲.

一個公司, 給不同地域的預算是很不同的.

就算給你長10%, 讓你搬到中國, Russia, 很多人寧願留在美國拿2%.
