I have been doing well in my company, I really like my manager and my team members, and I worked hard. Unfortunately, as you know, the economy is bad in these days, so many companies are doing re-orgnazation to save budget, unfortunatately my company just did that, so I have to looking for a new now.

1) Keep sell yourself while answerign this question;

2) Avoid negative word (like lay off).
