OPG pay agent $100/hour. It doesn't matter. You still bring home $50 plus 1%. You earn more than a year working for the University. You must be hired through agent unless you worked for AECL for a long period. The agent earn $50,000 before you are hired as a full time. OPG doesn't need to pay them for recuiting fee. Fair? This is their rule. The employee are treated as empire in OPG. I was called Oshawa first crazy while I quit the job. I had a better opportunity at that time and worked for them very short period. My former workmates all got retain after a year.
