I posted my question "How to improve presentation skill"? last night before going to bed and didn't come to the forum until now. I want to thank you for your help:

1. Wednesdays' conference calls-sounds good. I didn't know the call is on every Wed. I will give it a try. Do you all speak English or Chinese on the call? 

2. Toast Master-I've thought about it but not sure...

I used to be a teacher when in China so I didn't think I was that afraid of speaking before people. My problem is I am not confident in my English. I am on a vicious cycle-I am not confident in my English-I speak less (quieter)-my english is less fluent-my confidence gets hurt...

I am also thinking of taking Easy-Spin's advice-recite some sentences/paragraphs.Improving English was my 2010's resolution and I am making it to 2011's as well. Changing job is another one.
