She was a teller, then take some internal training classes, passed some exams( I am not sure if it was a certification kind of test) then worked as personal banker.
Seems to me, she help clients open account, help them do something else teller can not do--do you remember anytime you been bank always meet some guys who either sit over there or greeting you at hall?
