該如何回這個妹兒？

背景：兩周前去麵試，和這個經理A談了，聊了很久我還有些問題沒來得及問，他說可以伊妹兒他。當時還見了一個人事經理和另外兩個非經理，其中一個告訴我他們要人的那個經理剛剛離開公司，這個位置存在與否都不知道。

我回家後給每個麵試的人回了妹兒, 還同時給這個經理A追問了兩個問題： Who is my manager? What is his/her management style.

一周後給人事打過電話，說今年沒錢，但是我們非常想要你，明年年初可能就好。有其他奧佛一定要讓他們知道。

Today I got A's email:

哈嘍 xxx,

對不起回妹兒遲了. 很高興有機會了解你的能力.現在來回答你的問題：

我將會是你的經理. It's hard to write about 我的管理方式. I place value on being available to the
手下 who report to me. My goal is to provide each with
sufficient challenge and development opportunities within the context of
xyz's business needs. 我和我手下的人每周至少會麵一次
and tend to coach and guide 手下 . Please let me know if there are
specific things that you would like to know.

我怎末回比較好。還要問啥時決定嗎，要和他講人事和我談過你們的情況嗎？
