2011 will be a tough year for company. Ther eis a big gap between proposal and budget. Under the circumstances, new field (like the new position), or proposals may not get funded. non-core business (like my current job) may be cut out, though org head a few weeks ago promised that he would shrink other business unit before cut out this group. but no one can be sure of anything... This will be decided in a couple of days.
