是心累。

因為是內部的平級transfer，我按程序必須告訴老板。老板聽完和我說了幾點
１。希望我留下
２。可以理解我要尋找更好的發展機會
３。明年會給我升級
聽上去都是官話。我要真的連他們的升級都不要，跳到其他部門去，可以說是a slap in the face。老板對我很好。我得想辦法不burn bridge here。但也不想burn bridge with the other dept。。。
