問美國老土和其他有經驗的朋友

簡單的說，我在一家公司做了3年多，公司不大，沒有什麽level，就是老板，經理和員工。他們不會像大公司那樣正式宣布升到senior，manager什麽的。我做了3年，有時候也是獨當一麵，我簡曆上寫的是senior因為2-3年是senior很正常。但目前的公司不會宣布。我問下新公司查的話，沒問題嗎。我怕目前公司不仗義
