請大家幫著拿拿主意

IT， 40+ 得到兩個offer：

A：是一家幾百人的private保險公司，離家1個小時的通勤火車。

B：是一家幾萬人的public軟件公司,離家開車15分鍾。

兩個offer工資一樣，一分不差。benefits也差不多。B的假期多幾天，但要三個月後才開始給。

該選哪一家呢？
