Google on-site interview

My hu*****and went to interview last Tuesday, the recruiter said the feed*****acks were mostly positive and would submit to hiring committee this week, she also asked him if he had a offer.
My hu*****and has 3 degrees at MIT, BS of computer science, MS and PhD at media lab. What is his chance?
