this is for an internal position in other department. HM and I talked. She scheduled a meeting between me and her boss--head of the org. to talk. This position is in a new function area, very exploratory. So reporting structure wise, it is very high up there. But title is the same. One of my goal in the meeting is to get a higher title. Any advice how I should approach him for a higher title?
