點那個cell， 然後再點那個fx的長長的空格 （就是頭頂那一竄menu 的最下麵， “ABCDEFGHIJ...”的上麵一行， fx+ 大空格，一般顯示value或function的那個地方）

鼠標點在那， 然後past就行了
