回複：can you share what is leadership?

you started wondering how others might think about you in the last 24 hours. before that, your mind was just full of stuff like, i believe, i think, i x/y... that's not going to lead you up, period. because, the corporate world is like the real one, driven by leaders and their followers; the best you can do without this clear vision is be an individual contributor. how to become a leader? it's difficult, and easy too -- you can learn everywhere. ever seen a kid asked others to do things?
