It depends on if she has ill intention.

If she is intended to upset you or put you down, you'd better report to an higher hierarchy or HR, depending on your company's policy, about her harassing words and behavior. If your company is decently serious, they will create a file accordingly and talk to her. In the meantime, maybe there is no problem. But in stressed circumstances, such file will play out.

If she doesn't seem to hate you as a person but hates China as a country, just say:"well, you are right. As a Chinese, I always feel embarrassed by these defective products." Then make a glance to her. If she is not insensitive at all, she will be careful about what to say.
