renew with recruiter company

我現在是被recruter賣到的XX公司做contract工作。 六個月合同到期了， XX公司想留我接著做contract， 公司可以跟我直接簽合同， 不用通過recruiter company，這樣我也能多掙些， 但是我發現我當初的offer letter with recruiter company 有這條， 一年內， 我隻要為XX公司， 必須通過recruiter company。 是不是隻能通過recruiter company ？有沒有其他途經？ 或者renew時， 我跟recruiter 多要些salary？
