previous two rounds were set to test your capabilities. this is the round for the execs(sounded "axx") to see who you are. there're many things to test you in his/her head, but most likely they are not something in your mind now. if you can forget about what you're thinking, on the day, imagine you're a nice guy to treat a new friend, you'll make it.
