我們firm是所有的人都invloved tax, audit, and accoutning. when an audit project comes, a group of people is formed to work on it with the leader(manager); when in tax season, people who work on audit will join to help tax preparation....
but for top 10 firms, 分工太細，就是tax department, 還得分成individual tax division, corporation tax division...本來tax 就夠boring了， 如果隻work on individual or corporation... that is more boring...
