我最近麵試時，也被人問到這種問題，我的回答是：
1，停頓大約三秒鍾，做大腦SCAN狀。。。然後麵帶笑容告訴麵試官：
2. Oh, it's hard to tell...I always tried hard to improve myself. Communication used to be one issue for me when I came to US xx years ago because English is my second language. I had no problem when I talked about our work with my colleagues. But when we tried to talk something else, such as football, baseball, man, I would be totally lost. But nowadays, my colleagues don't have any problem about that.(我相信麵試官對俺的英語水平不會有太大懷疑。如果是口語不太自信的兄弟姐妹，可略過這一點） Well, maybe, I'm working too hard and always like to get my project done within the deadline... My colleagues sometimes joked with me that I didn't give them a break....They were just joking and they do think I'm a very good teamworker...And, let me think something else...大腦SCAN 三秒鍾。。。
3. 麵試官掐斷俺的“思考”電門with a smile：Okay, let's move on for another question...
4.從麵試官的反應看，他對俺的回答起碼不太反感。。。麵試官也是人，他們也會到網上去看各種問題及答案。所以，如果一味地照本宣科，人家也會一眼看穿。你的答案自然也就味同嚼蠟。我的體驗是，回答時，看著麵試官的眼睛，用一種很誠懇的語氣回答。俗話說，人無十全，瓜無滾圓。有些缺點，你“可以有”。但要告訴他（她），你已經改正，或正在做的更好。當然順道說些“反話”，變相誇自己一把也無所謂。但要適中，而且讓人聽著可信。。。
