Help!! Any Chance to get an offer?

Please help to determine if I will receive an job offer from this situation? 

I went to a job interview because one of a manger I previously worked for is hiring.  After interview with him and his boss and thank you letter, I have received the message from him.  Please let me know if I have a chance to get an offer from him?
