找到一新工作,需搬家(剛買房一年).現在在一小公司. 新工作是知名度高大公司.工資漲5%.年終獎金漲9%(現在3%,新12%). 其它差不多. 是否值得搬家.另外,工作剛2年,已經換了一次(laidoff被迫).擔心是否換工作太頻繁,對以後不好.

請有經驗的朋友給些意見, 謝謝!
