如果職業剛開始就在一個巨小的公司做

一個項目經理帶六七個程序員的那種, So? You?
現在自己想往PM努力，但是放眼望去，
所有其它公司招聘PM的指標都是申請人已經N年的項目管理經驗
-- Then you just wait for N years, or you send your resume regardless.
自己現在這個公司根本沒有可能經理職位空缺
所以沒有辦法管理項目
請問應該怎麽做呢？
