Senior Software Engineer, – C#, ASP.NET, Web, SQL Server SaaS Company

We operate like a fast-paced start-up (except we’re profitable and have over 3,500 customers) which means there is a lot of opportunity for talented individuals. We are an established Application Service Provider (ASP) which means that your software will be rapidly deployed and used by millions of people. Major Responsibilities
You will be developing and integrating high quality components for our software solutions and products. You will be the primary engineer on new products/ features as well as collaborating with other team members on larger projects.
§ You will be responsible for the development and implementation of web applications using a variety of technologies including HTML, JavaScript, AJAX , ColdFusion, C#, and XML. Our data tier is a large SQL Server database providing all data access. Strong experience with these technologies is a must-have.
§ Participate in rapid prototyping of new software product concepts
§ Propose innovative approaches both to the overall system design, and to the development of individual components
§ Take ownership over parts of software with little supervision
§ You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of your software through the development of test plans and ownership of that test plan’s execution
§ Product software within strict time frames and project schedules

Requirements
§ B.S. Computer Science or equivalent experience
§ 5+ years experience developing enterprise applications and cutting edge software
§ Strong knowledge of software architecture and patterns (components, reuse, skinning, OOP)
§ Significant development experience on a variety of data driven projects using C#, HTML, XML, and SQL. Cold Fusion experience is a plus. You will be required to show examples or documentation of your work.
§ Strong knowledge of SQL, database design principles and best practices using Microsoft SQL Server or other database platform.
§ Experience developing and launching new technology products or services
§ Experience with at least one configuration management tool (VSS, Perforce, Subversion, etc.)
§ Familiarity with SOA Architecture is a plus ( SOAP , Web Services, WSDL)
§ U.S citizenship or Green Card required
§ Ownership of an automobile and cell phone required
