I don't know. Last time I looked for a job,

Salary discussion didn't come up in the interview either. I did provide my previous pay on the application. when I got the offer, they told me what the salary was going to be. It was better than I had expected so I accepted it right away. Later I thought I should probably think a little bit more about it and get back with them. However I don't think it will make much difference and I was happy with the offer anyway. But my point is some companies prabably already has a starting salary in mind and is not going to negotiate too much about it. For you right now, you don't even know if you have the job, so salary question comes later. If you have a good feeling about the interview, they might too. I didn't bother ask for feedback. Just wait and see, and, more importantly, KEEP LOOKING. Until you are offered a job, you have nothing.
