I can't agree more with firesnake...

Life is never fair to everybody and this is the real world. So, don't blame yourself for what you did. Surely, if you could learn something from that it will be great. But anyway, keep looking forward and believe yourself that you can do better. Besides, remember what firesnake suggested. With current economy downturn, you will find more unfriendly boss or colleagues around you than before. Again, this is all about job security and everybody is just trying to survive by kicking out his/her potential competitors. As what firesnake said, it's hard to change the world so let's change ourselves for fitting in. Finally, best wishes for your job hunting and expecting your good news coming soon.
