40 好幾，重返職場，不知深淺，跟好幾十的21，22歲的大學生

競爭一個銀行的培訓職位，麵試感覺還好（這是我的有生以來的第一個工作麵試，第一次寫簡曆）。問題是：1.我有過國內10幾年的會計工作經驗，不知道我真的需要這個培訓（internship training program)? 2.這個培訓如果做得好，可能直接聘用。我想問的事，美國銀行會計的薪水怎樣？3。 如果銀行會計鑽得不多的話，應該力族哪個行業？manufacture, CPA firm or something else??? Since I had some years experience and my age is not young, I do not want to get in wrong field to waste time. 請問這裏有經驗的姐妹多指點！！！
