提職加薪

現在是Team leader,老板又剛許洛再加一個＂Software Architect" 頭銜， 所以我的名片上會是
＂Software Architect, Integration Team Leader"的頭銜。
想加＂Manager"頭銜， 老板講我在這個＂Career Path"裏， 但時候還不到。還沒加薪，但未來的幾個月裏會，
不知多少。

現在是組裏的技術大拿，也是老板心腹。合作也有快半年了。老板和他的老板不太合， 我是他最重要的一股勢力。大老板雇了一人和我老板來挖強腳， 我是重要被拉攏對象。

現在組裏， 有一人和我平級同專業，但老板不喜歡他， 不過他比較會做人，和我及老板關係都不錯。有另一不太搭界的另一 Team leader 天天和我翻，大概都是女人， 爭寵心態。

現在主要做 Software Architect and Distribute Workloads.
But not responsible for other people's working results.
( Not taking credit and also not taking blame if they did bad ). But if there is any potential technical problems with anybody in the group, I am responsible to help it out.

寫了這沫多， 主要是想大家參考， 下麵怎麽發展和處理人際關係對我最有利？
