Senior Report Analyst /Operations Reporting
Position Description:
Positions in this function include those responsible for designing/developing, programming, maintaining and publishing operational reports. Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed. May be done for internal operational purposes as well as for customers.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven expert level experience with SQL Server and SSRS development is required
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is required.
- 3+ years of expert level experience with relational databases, database structure and design, data management, and data warehouses is required
- Ability to assess and interpret complex customer requirements in actionable reporting is a requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
- Self starter that can take initiative and work well in a less structured environment
- HS Diploma/GED + 5 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree
Assets:
- Bachelors in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or Business is preferred
- Experience working in Health Care Insurance is preferred
- Experience with network operations (ncst/qppid) strongly preferred
