When I run out of man power, I need hire ASAP, I will push HR do the offer if I find one candidate is OK.

When I have enough people to do the work, I get one or more head count, I will say: Yes, need one, but 不急. In this case, I will 挑啊挑, untill I find one 像菜狗狗那樣愣的可愛,想驢驢那樣跳,像小蛇那樣柔,像邊妹那樣做蛋糕,像小謀那樣安娜, then I will hire eventually.

When I do not want to hire, but my manager pushes me that I have to show my manager I am actively doing the hire, then I will give open end questions to HR, let them do the screening... Becasue these are open ended questions, so no matter how the candidate answer them, I will always have the final say.

Now you know it is case by case....
