wanted a pair of diamond ear rings

also wanted to save self some time. just ordered from Macy's online. paid big bucks for it but the size and quality supposed to be good. So I was happy with the price. Today the ear rings arrived. they are terrible. cloudy, not shining at all. one of the pair even has some speckles. How to return this junk? anyone has any idea? I have got way too comfortable with online order. One lesson learned, don't ever buy diamond online.
