Compare with other jobs, IT is still a relatively easy industry to enter and have relatively higher salary.
As long as you have a degree in China, you do not need to spend $$ and time to get another useless USA degree.
Pick up the skill, update resume, learn how to do interview, reject bad offers, go fro the place you really enjoy...
