Glad to know you are a software developer and you have all the skills many of us do not have.
Yes, prepare some database knowledge, after a short time, you should be another 閃亮的日子 easily.
All above is not 胡說之, many other of us successfully transferred from none IT filed to database, you can do the same.
Focus on gain database skills, after that you not only can looking jobs in Finance field, but also can looking jobs in any other fields. There are many ,many industry, gov, education, law firms, they all need people like you who was a coder and also know 達他.
