推薦人請教

獵頭的表格有要填三推薦人. 如果不想填直接的管人的, 填同事的話, 要不要聲明是同事而非管我的? 我跟第一份工作的supervisor 有矛盾, 才被迫離開那個地方, 要怎麽說比較好.
