Possible but not likely.

負麵影響大嗎？
For some companies, 負麵影響大. For some other companies, it may be a positive thing.

2. 我看到消息稱有些人有博士學位找到了一個隻需碩士學位的工作，他們在簡曆裏沒寫博士學位經曆嗎?
Some wrote; some didn't.

3 我是寫, 還是不寫中國博士學位經曆好？
For some companies, 寫好. For others, 不寫好.

If I were you, I would put both in.
