Those are really good question.
1) level: I am the lowest level and the indian boss is about 2-3 levels above me. But I am here longer (>2 years) than her (<1 year). Also she sees me as a threat to her boss position (by tranfering to other group and may bring the merging of the 2 groups) that's why she was trying to kill me.
2) No she is not the big boss's buddy. My previous boss, who was very fond of me, is.
3) She got big complain from the other group recently
But I am still under the Indian boss and don't know what is going to happen next.
