2) "0 APR FOR 60 MONTH" means that 1% interest rate /pear year * 16453 * 3 years = $500.

So the cost is around $16000.

If you buy weekend newspaper, you may find a slightly better deal, but it may require you cash down...

thus, I would say it is a pretty good deal.
