急求美國老土兄弟，職壇的XDJM 們。。。。

難道不能提供team leader或經理以上的推薦人就沒戲了嗎？

我給麵試過４次的公司提供了３個推薦人，其中最近的２個公司都是經理級別的。
倒數第三個是個大公司，不過在那裏做了一年半的合同工，跟我們部門的team leader關係非常一般，所以就提供了部門同事做refernce，結果這個公司非問我是否能提供team leader或經理以上級別做reference。 我試著聯係了一下這個team leader，他的回複如下。

美國老土，壇子裏的XDJM 們，大家說我該怎麽辦？ 我這offer還有戲嗎？ 鬱悶死我了。

ABC company's policy in regards to referrals does not allow direct contact with team leaders. I asked HR what could be done and if you would like you can contact our HR Department and ask for a letter that will state when you worked for ABC and what your job responsibilities were during your tenure at ABC .

Unfortunately at this time I can not use me as a reference.
