You are right. I am still clueless.

I looked at your previous reply. I know why my boss has a problem with me. We have a kind of 'conflict of interest' problem since I know both sides of knowledge and she manage one side, and only the big boss can solve this.

For example: I am more focused on the project (2 groups) and client, my boss felt that I should report to her first, though my first email to the other group includes her. After the first email, I always listened to her. But she still feel uncomfortable to 'share' the project with me and moved me to other project, and moved a bunch of new people to her project - thus caused deadline and financial problem and she got big complain. she since arrange me to non-important projects and I complained to her and her boss. When I asked 'why me' and she replied '20/80' rules - ie you put 80% effort and get 20% reward, I am not sure it refers to money or knowledge. I sense her poisonous side and planned to transfer. She then had more problem.

Should I talk to my big boss, not my boss instead?
